Anxiety
Are you often overwhelmed with worry? Do you overthink often? Do you have thoughts about what others will think of you, or thoughts about negative outcomes and does it impact your behavior in a way you want to change? Do you feel anxiety in your mind only, or in your body as well? If this is you or someone you love, just know, there can be relief. Anxiety does not have to rule your life, limit your life or control your thoughts. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help. CBT is an evidence based treatment that works if you work it!
ADHD
Do you wonder if you have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)? Do you feel scattered or disorganized or tend to have trouble with focus but focus really well on the things you enjoy or find interesting? Does time seem to slip through your fingers and it’s hard to keep up with time? Have you already been diagnosed with ADHD? If so, we can work together to understand if you do have ADHD, and if so, how to better manage the symptoms and begin to think differently about having ADHD.
Grief
Do you feel like a piece of you is missing? Do you find that others say unhelpful things to you? Are you struggling with the process of grief? Are you finding it difficult to live your daily life or find joy? The deeper your love for the person or people who passed, the deeper your grief. Grieving your loved one/loved ones will not end because we work together. We can learn how to honor and manage the deep pain that you feel.
Weight Management
Do you want to learn to change your eating habits? Do you want to incorporate movement into your life? We can use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you with this. CBT can help you make changes over time, specifically in the way you think and the way you behave, which is what is needed for change. The great thing about CBT is it is evidence-based to help with other issues as well.
Trauma
Have you experienced some trauma or experienced ongoing trauma in your life as a child? Do you find that you have thoughts pop into your head about what happened? Do you find you overreact to certain situations and not sure of the reason? Do you struggle to feel worthy of love? Have you begun your healing journey or need help to begin the journey? If so, let’s continue your process or begin the process. It will not be easy, but overtime, it is something you will not regret.
